CAGE-SHAPED OFFICER'S CLOCK IN GILDEN BRONZE AND LAPIS-LAZULI, LA VALLEE SWITZERLAND, XX CENTURY
The cornice is supported by four columns with Corinthian capitals resting on a molded base.
The front adorned with a plate finely engraved with acanthus scrolls and the number «56» features a cartouche bearing the inscription «La Vallée» and four dials, with a white enamel background.
The central dial shows the hours in Roman numerals and minutes in Arabic numerals. The three smaller dials indicate the weekly days, months and the dates of the months.
