Christofle est une entreprise d’orfèvrerie et des arts de la table française, fondée à Paris en 1830 par Charles Christofle. Le poinçon de la collection Gallia, créée par Christofle en 1898, est un coq dans un écusson légendé « Orfèvrerie Gallia » ou « Gallia » utilisé jusqu’en 1942.
