2 sabres, 19th century, iron and wood. A light version with iron basket, blade finely etched with floral motifs, fullers on both sides, rayskin grip with wire winding, rubbed, l. 77 cm. Comes with a sabre, straight, broad blade (probably 18th/19th century) with etched decoration, edge somewhat chipped and rust-scarred, hilt and grip replaced in the 20th century, l. 80 cm
