The stone is secured within a 9 carat yellow gold mount featuring a scalloped edge and six applied four-petalled floral motifs. The pendant is suspended from a scrolling openwork bail with further floral decoration. The accompanying chain is of fine curb link construction, fitted with a lobster claw clasp and a secondary magnetic barrel clasp conversion. The pendant bail is stamped with 375 and a small rectangular mark. The flat jump ring and lobster clasp are also stamped 375, indicating 9 carat gold. Total weight: 8.56g.
