A Collection of 3 x Minolta-16 Ps Subminiature 16mm Cameras and Accessories This lot consists of a collection of three vintage subminiature 16mm film cameras, identified as the Minolta-16 Model P, also marketed as the Minolta 16 Ps. Manufactured by Minolta Camera Co., Ltd. in Japan during the 1960s, these compact cameras feature a metal body construction with a satin chrome finish and black plastic components. Each camera is fitted with a Rokkor 25mm f/3.5 fixed-focus lens. Functional elements include a top-mounted shutter release, an ASA adjustment dial (ranging from 25 to 400), and a needle-match exposure system located on the top plate. The exposure system utilises weather symbols including Bright Sun, Hazy Sun, Cloudy Bright, and Cloudy Dull. The cameras feature a sliding lens cover that acts as a shutter safety lock. The underside of each camera is embossed with the text: MINOLTA-16 MODEL-P, LENS: ROKKOR 3.5/25, MINOLTA CAMERA CO., LTD., and JAPAN. The collection includes an extensive array of original accessories and documentation: Three original pictorial cardboard boxes featuring artwork of two children in a field of yellow flowers.
