A Collection of Vintage English Stoneware Hot Water Bottles Including Pearsons of Chesterfield A collection of stoneware foot warmers, featuring two buff-glazed cylindrical bottles with flattened backs and front-mounted filling apertures. These two pieces bear oval impressed marks on the base for Pearsons of Chesterfield, with central letters L and E respectively. The collection also includes an off-white glazed cylindrical bottle with a flattened back and a side-mounted aperture. Completing the group is a horizontal two-tone cylindrical bottle with a cream-glazed body and iron-brown glazed shoulder and neck. All bottles are fitted with their original matching stoneware screw-in stoppers.
