The collection covers a span of issues from 1921 to 1926. The issues are housed in bespoke hardcover bindings of green cloth over boards. The spines feature gilt-stamped lettering and decorative horizontal bands. The first volume contains issues from February and March spanning 1921 to 1924; the second volume contains issues from April to April spanning 1924 to 1925; and the third volume contains issues from July to December 1926. The 1926 volume is identified as Volume L and includes the comprehensive index for the latter half of that year. The title pages feature the characteristic oak leaf and acorn border with globe motifs.
