A Pressed Uranium Glass Ashtray in the Cubist Pattern A small circular ashtray of likely British manufacture, crafted from pressed uranium glass and dating to the mid-20th century. The piece displays a vibrant yellow-green colour and features a geometric Cubist pattern on the exterior, consisting of a grid of raised square-based pyramidal facets. The rim is designed with three equidistant shallow indentations for use as cigarette rests. The interior is smooth, tapering to a flat, moulded base. The glass demonstrates characteristic fluorescence under ultraviolet light. No maker's marks or signatures are present. Height: 8.2 cm Diameter: 10.7 cm.
