A Collection of Vintage English Ceramics including Szeiler, SylvaC, and Royal Albert An assortment of vintage English ceramic pieces comprising three figurines and a character mug. The collection features a Royal Albert glazed porcelain figurine of the Beatrix Potter character Mrs. Tiggy-Winkle, depicted in her role as a washerwoman. The base is printed in brown with the Royal Albert mark, dated 1989, and includes the F. Warne & Co. copyright. Also included is a large Szeiler Studio pottery figurine of a reclining fawn with elongated ears, featuring stylized teal-blue accents to the head, tail, and hooves. The base bears a gilt Szeiler Studio England oval stamp. The lot contains a SylvaC glazed ceramic planter, model 4231, shaped as a hollowed log with a resting spotted fawn in a mottled brown glaze, with impressed maker marks and model number to the base. Completing the collection is a white glazed character mug decorated with lithographed illustrations from the Rupert Bear series, featuring Algy Pug, Bill Badger, and Edward Trunk, with an embossed base mark and printed Rupert Bear decal.
