Two Pieces of Royal Worcester Evesham Pattern Porcelain comprising a Lidded Bean Pot and a Small Bowl This lot features two pieces of Royal Worcester fine porcelain from the Evesham pattern, designed for oven-to-table use. The first item is a circular lidded bean pot with twin gilded handles and a domed lid topped with a button-shaped finial. The second item is a small, open circular bowl. Both pieces are decorated with transfer-printed botanical illustrations of various fruits and vegetables, including corn on the cob, peaches, cherries, olives, lemons, blackberries, asparagus, and wheat. The pieces are finished with gilded highlights on the rims, handles, and lid finial. The underside of the bean pot bears a black printed factory mark consisting of a crown above a circular emblem with the number 51 at the centre, surrounded by the words Royal Worcester Fine Porcelain. Below this is the text Made in England, Oven to Table Ware, and Evesham in script. The base of the small bowl displays a matching mark and includes the printed code 8-3.
