A Large Collection of Vintage Industrial Style Metal Baking Tins and Pastry Moulds A collection of vintage industrial-style baking equipment, of unknown origin, dating from the mid-20th century. The lot comprises: Approximately 32 small rectangular loaf tins, constructed from tin-plated steel with folded and crimped edges. These tins display a heavy patina with significant baked-on residue and darkening on the exterior surfaces. A large quantity of round tart and patty tins, stacked by size and constructed from tinned steel. The interiors of these tins show significant darkening and surface oxidation consistent with frequent professional use. Approximately eight boat-shaped barquette pastry moulds featuring tapered oval profiles and a similar distressed finish to the other steel items. One larger round pastry mould manufactured from pressed aluminium, showing a brighter metallic finish with minor surface wear and scratching.
