MARCONI GUGLIELMO: (1874-1937) Italian Inventor who developed a radio telegraph system. Nobel Prize winner for Physics, 1909. A fine T.L.S., `Guglielmo Marconi´, one page, 4to, Rome, 10th February 1932, on the Reale Accademia d´Italia printed stationery, to Grande Amiraglio Paolo Thaon di Revel, in Italian. Marconi thanks his correspondent for his letter and which relates to the request presented to the Royal Academy by Captain Antonio Calegari and explains that the matter will be seen by a committee which he will make sure will be informed of the Admiral letter `Mi consta che la domanda stessa e stata inserita negli elenchi che verranno presto sottoposti all´esame di una apposite Commissione alla quale non manchero di trasmettere la segnalazione fatta dall E.V.´ Paper with watermark.
