A.L.S., Lister, one page, 8vo, Berlin, 11th October 1901, to 'My dear Dean', on the printed stationery of the Hotel Bristol. Lister explains that he is in Germany for the celebrations of Rudolf Virchow's 80th birthday and will return to London on Monday evening, remarking 'if it would suit you to look in at Park Crescent early on Tuesday morning and report upon the Tuberculosis work it would be satisfactory….'.
