DEBUSSY CLAUDE: (1862-1918) French Composer. A.L.S., `Claude Debussy´, one page, 12mo, on his printed stationery, 80 Avenue du Bois de Boulogne, Paris, 16th April 1909, in French. In his usual small and clean writing, Debussy states `Cher Monsieur, C´est avec plaisir que je vous attendrai demain Samedi a 11h. Veuillez presenter mes respectueux hommages a Madame Liebich et croire a ma sincere cordialité´ (Translation: "Dear Sir, it is with pleasure that I will be waiting for you tomorrow Saturday at 11am. Please present my respectful regards to Madame Liebich and believe in my sincere cordiality") Addressed to the verso in Debussy´s hand, postmarked and stamped.
