OLDS ROBIN: (1922-2007) American fighter pilot, a 'triple ace' with a combined total of 17 victories in World War II and the Vietnam War. Selection of nine signed printed images by Olds, each neatly removed from books or magazines, of varying sizes (largest 8 x 11), most of the images either depicting him in his flying gear or alongside various aircraft including a P-51 Mustang Scat VII, also including a magazine reproduction of Robert Taylor's painting entitled Phantom Strike depicting Olds flying his F-4 Phantom immediately after the attack on the steel mills at Thai Nguyen in North Vietnam on 30th March 1967. All are signed by Olds in black inks, some with his rank etc. added beneath his signature, and two are inscribed. Colour (5). G to generally VG, 9
