The partially printed document appoints Hans Lothar von Schweinitz to be a Knight of the Imperial and Tsarist Order of Saint Stanislaus, 1st Class. Signed by the Emperor at the conclusion alongside a blind embossed paper seal. With integral leaf bearing a docket in German and dated at Marburg, 1901. A band of discoloration to the right and lower edges and some small tears and extremely small areas of paper loss and with a light circular stain, only very slightly affecting the conclusion of the Emperor's signature, G
