HECKART EILEEN: (1919-2001) American actress, Academy Award winner for Best Supporting Actress in 1972 for her role as Mrs. Baker in Butterflies Are Free. Signed 8 x 10 photograph, the original vintage Paramount Pictures publicity portrait depicting the actress in a head and shoulders pose. Signed in black ink with her name alone to the base of the image. A pencil annotation in the hand of a collector to the verso indicates that the signature was obtained in person following Heckart's stage performance in the original Broadway production of Veronica's Room at the Music Box theatre on 27th December 1973.
