Liszt apologizes for the late announcement as he has to cancel the appointment with his correspondent, and states in part ` J´ai eu tort ce matin, mon cher Monsieur Kuranva, en vous priant de passer chez moi Samedi à 3 heures - Mon homme d´affaires vous remettra ce dont nous sommes convenus - Si toutefois vous avez un moment de libre samedi, je serai charmé de vous voir.´ (Translation: " I was wrong this morning, my dear Mr. Kuranva, in asking you to come to see me on Saturday at 3 o'clock - My business manager, Monsieur Billon, will send you what we agreed on - If, however, you have a free moment on Saturday, I shall be delighted to see you.")
