TAPIES ANTONI: (1923-2012) Spanish Painter and Sculptor. A leading Avant-garde and Art Informel European figure. Attractive signed and inscribed paperback printed 7 x 9 brochure, 48 pages, featuring 38 images of Tapies´ works. The brochure was issued for Tapies´ exhibition in New York, at the Marsha Jackson gallery in November 1968, entitled ''Paintings, Collages, and Works on Paper 1966-1968'', and was printed in Paris by Arte in 1968. Boldly signed in pencil to the inside page of the brochure unusual cover `De tot cor - Tapies - Nov.1968´, the inscription being in Catalan (''From deep in my heart''). The brochure is presented inside the separate sleeve cover. VG £300-400
