Lot of 3 Jewish related bronze medals including: *Medal with portraits of Judith and Moses Montefiore, made by Charles Wiener. Silver-plated Bronze. Brussels (Belgium), 1860. Obverse: relief of Judith and Moses Montefiore's portraits surrounded by the inscription "Lady Judith Montefiore. Sir Moses Montefiore. Bart. F.R.S." Signed: "Wiener 1860" [Charles Wiener]. Reverse: Inscription and a wreath of branches and flowers and a ribbon; on the ribbon appears the inscription "Jerusalem / Damascus / Russia / Rome / Morocco" listing Montefiore's charity projects for Jews worldwide during the 19th cent. *Plaque designed by Heinrich Kautsch. Obverse: figure of Heine sitting, holding in his hand paper pages and a quill; his name, dates of birth and death and artist's signature. Reverse: line in German from one of Heine's poems ("Aus meinen grossen Schmerzen") and a woman's figure hovering over a memorial monument in Heine's image. 4.5X7.5 cm. *Plaque made by Shmuel Krechmer – "First Prize" in national championship, 1935; Amateur sports' association in Eretz Israel. At the center – map of Eretz Israel, with a Star of David and the inscription "Yerushalem". Signed on the reverse: "Krechmer Yerushalem". 43X29 mm.
