Terra Sancta sive Palæstina, 1759
1759 map of Palestine divided among the tribes: "Terra Sancta sive Palæstina exhibens no folum Regna vetera Iuda et Israel in fuas XII Tribus diftincta...". Latin. Hand-color copperplate engraving. An exact copy of Seutter's map of Palestine, with some differences in decoration. Published by T.C. Lotter, son-in-law and successor of Seutter, Augsburg (?), 1759. Dimensions: 48X57.5 cm. Laor 448. Good condition (tears to edges, small hanging holes to upper section, folding mark, pencil inscription on bottom of leaf). 1948 Czech stamp on verso.
