A RARE AND IMPORTANT SILVER TORAH SHIELD
Poland, mid-19th century. Elaborately decorated with vines, two outwardly facing griffons, a crown tow outwardly facing lions, urns and flowers. Fitted with a rotating wheel to indicate usage, Engraved with the Decalogue in the center and THE LORD SPOKE ALL OF THESE TO M(OSES).
