Listing the society's aims, sources of income, membership parameters, dates of the general assembly, the committee's responsibilities, etc.
6, 9 pp., 23.5 cm. Good-fair condition. Horizontal fold line. Creases. Closed and open tears to edges (mostly reinforced with tape). New leather binding, with the original cover. The back cover (with the Russian title) is torn; its upper half is missing.
