Ownership inscriptions on the endpaper, title page and first leaves. Two brief handwritten glosses.
232 leaves. 33.5 cm. Most leaves in good condition, first leaves in fair condition. Stains, including dampstains. Tears. Worming and some open tears to first leaves (repaired with paper). Mold and tear to title page, affecting text (repaired with paper). Early wood and leather binding, damaged, with open tears to spine.
Variant. Typographic variations to leaf 74 – 60 lines on recto and 53 lines on verso, compared to 57 lines on each side of the leaf in other copies.
