60 large photographs of Southern Israel, bound together in an album. [1960s].
Photographs taken from the air and from the ground, presenting Southern Israel: Photos of Makhtesh Ramon and HaMakhtesh HaKatan, the city of Eilat, Bedouin tribes, Masada, Shivta, etc.
The photos are bound in an album with the emblem of the Southern Command embossed on its front cover. Apparently, the album was prepared as a gift from the command.
[60] Photos, 29.5X40 cm. Overall good condition. Minor defects, primarily to back of photographs. Few folds. Sticker on the inside of the back cover: "Ma'as, industries of employment-rehabilitation". Stains on binding. Few defects to binding margins.
