Late Victorian Polished Brass Tea Kettle with Amber Glass Handle and Bun Feet - An antique brass tea kettle in the late Victorian style, closely resembling designs attributed to James Clews and Sons (JCB). The kettle is constructed from polished brass with a squat, rounded body raised on three small brass bun feet. It features an S-shaped gooseneck spout and a fitted lid with a tiered concentric-ring design, topped with a pointed brass finial. The fixed overhead brass handle is supported by scrolling brackets and incorporates a central amber-coloured faceted decorative grip, likely made of glass or an early synthetic resin. This piece reflects common British domestic brassware from the late 19th to early 20th century.
