Shipping document for Lieutenant Colonel Abraham C. Myers, then in command of the U. S. Quartermaster Department at San Antonio, Texas.
Printed with manuscript additions, authorizes the shipment of large quantities of clothing and paper from San Antonio to Indianola aboard the Cutter Mustang.
