KOOK, AVRAHAM YITZCHAK HAKOHEN (First Aschkenazi Chief Rabbi of Israel, 1865-1935). Letter written in Hebrew on letterhead, stamped and signed by Chief Rabbi Rav Kook and three Dayanim of his Jerusalem Beth Din: Rabbi Tzvi Pesach Frank (1873-1960), who headed the Bet Din; Rabbi Eliyahu Re’em and Rabbi Yosef Gershon Horowitz. The text of the letter is written in the hand of Rabbi Frank.
