1991 United States Mint Set in Original Government Packaging! with 10 Coins Inside!. 1991 United States Mint Set included a total of 10 coins. The set comprised of Lincoln Cents (P, D), Jefferson Nickels (P, D), Roosevelt Dimes (P, D), Washington Quarters (P, D), Kennedy Half Dollar (P, D) plus two tokens bearing large letters “P” and “D” representing the Philadelphia and Denver Mints. The 1991 Packaging for the annual mint set remained consistent with recent years, with the continued tradition of a newly designed envelope. The coins were placed within a separate plastic pack for each mint facility and place with a certificate of authenticity. The outer envelope had a blue background with some flair elements, and the images of coins and tokens aligned at the bottom.
