ATTENTION! Brand New Weekly Auction with Shanny! The KDC Weekend Special!

What is the KDC Weekend Special?

Well, when you ask, we will always listen. We have been getting a lot of complaints from people that with our most recent updates to our weekly high end coin auction with Corey, there’s too many high value coins there and not enough things for people to actually bid on, get a bargain they can afford, and come away with the same feeling and thrill that they used to have at our auction. So, we listened and we did a complete 180. We launched the KDC weekend Special. An additional auction, 2 more nights a week, at the same 7:30pm start time, with all of the types of coins you wanted.

A complete new catalog of lots from us, each week! This first one will be running Friday, 9/27 - Saturday, 9/28 with Shanny at 7:30pm. But don’t worry! We will still be running every Sunday and Monday with Corey!

Get ready for this, this is the best part! This catalog will be ONLINE every TUESDAY for prebidding. You will get 2-3 days to prebid with $1 starts on every single lot. No reserves.

Yes, EVERY SINGLE LOT.

2020(p) Silver Eagle Dollar Struck At Philadelphia Emergency Production $1 ms69 NGC
2020(p) Struck At Philadelphia Emergency Production Silver Eagle Dollar $1 ms69 NGC. “Emergency Production” refers to a grading designation given to Silver Eagles that were struck in response to surges in demand or unforeseen circumstances. Such issues are typically struck at different United States Mint facilities than the standard production runs. For example, in 2021, faced with pandemic-related production slow-downs and expected high demand from collectors during the Covid-19 pandemic, the United States Mint turned to its Philadelphia branch to help produce 2021 Type-1 Silver Eagle bullion coins, which typically would have been struck at the West Point Mint. While these coins do not carry a "P" mint mark, since they are bullion Silver Eagles, the third-party experts at Numismatic Guaranty Company (NGC) were able to certify that they were struck at the Philadelphia Mint via the labeling and markings on sealed monster boxes. NGC felt the particular circumstances of these coins' striking deserved an "Emergency Production" pedigree due to their ties to the COVID-19 pandemic.
