ATTENTION! Brand New Weekly Auction with Shanny! The MASSIVE Key Date Coin Special!

What is The Key Date Coin Special?

Well, when you ask, we will always listen. We have been getting a lot of complaints from people that with our most recent updates to our weekly high end coin auction with Corey, there’s too many high value coins there and not enough things for people to actually bid on, get a bargain they can afford, and come away with the same feeling and thrill that they used to have at our auction. So, we listened and we did a complete 180. We launched The Key Date Coin Special. An additional auction, 2 more nights a week, at the same 7:30pm start time, with all of the types of coins you wanted.

A complete new catalog of lots from us, each week! Every Single Friday and Saturday! This auction will run Friday, 10/11 - Saturday, 10/12 with Shanny at 7:30pm. But don’t worry! We will still be running every Sunday and Monday with Corey!

Get ready for this, this is the best part! This catalog will be ONLINE every TUESDAY or WEDNESDAY for prebidding. You will get 2-3 days to prebid with $1 starts on every single lot. No reserves.

Disney's Mickey Mouse and Donald DuckAnimators Walt Disney and Ub Iwerks came up with the idea for Mickey Mouse in 1928. Oswald the Lucky Rabbit was a character that Disney had previously created, but after losing the rights to him, he chose to create a new character. The two animators developed Mickey Mouse who then appeared in his first animated feature, "Plane Crazy," which was released in May 1928. Despite this movie's lack of success, Disney released a second Mickey movie called "The Gallopin' Gaucho" later in the year.It wasn't until November 1928 that Mickey's third motion picture, "Steamboat Willie," finally achieved major box office success. The movie synchronized sound with the animation, which was unusual at the time and contributed greatly to Mickey's growing fame. Since then, Mickey has made over 130 film appearances and has become one of the most recognizable and adored characters in the entire world. In 1934, Walt Disney Productions created a new character named Donald Duck. Animator Clarence Nash designed the character and then voiced him by making a series of quacking noises. Donald's first appearance came in June 1934 in the motion picture "The Wise Little Hen." Donald, like Mickey, rose to fame and has made numerous appearances in movies, television series and other forms of media.Mickey and Donald have shared screen time in multiple Disney productions over the years. They are often presented as close friends and are well-known for their pranks and antics. Mickey is frequently depicted as the more responsible and level-headed of the two, while Donald has a fiery temper and is prone to irrational outbursts. Despite their differences, they are often shown to be loyal friends who care deeply for each other.
