10x 1963 $2 Red Seal United States Note Grades VF/XF. 1963 Legal Tender (United States Note). 1963 marks the last year that red seals were printed on two dollar bills. This is also the last year that Monticello was used on the back of two dollar bills. All two dollar bills from 1963 have a red seal on the right hand side of the bank note.
