Hanan Milner was Born in Vilnus Lithuania in 1949 and living in Israel since 1964.

A graduate of Thelma Yellin Art School in Tel-Aviv and The Bezalel Art Academy in Jerusalem. Participated in series of art seminars given by the famous Austrian artist Ernest Fuchs in Vienna and mastered various painting techniques in Florence Italy. A one-man exhibition as well as several group exhibitions took place in Israel, Europe, South America and the U.S.A
