A Pair of Antique Staffordshire Type Embossed Blue Copper Lustre Jugs A pair of Victorian copper lustreware pottery jugs of varying sizes, attributed to the Staffordshire potteries. Each vessel features a bulbous body with a vibrant blue central band decorated with colourful enamelled floral motifs and bird designs. The upper bodies, flared rims, and pedestal bases are finished in a metallic copper lustre glaze, complemented by decoratively moulded handles. The interiors are finished with a white glaze. The undersides reveal recessed bases; while marks are present, they are not clearly legible for transcription. These pitchers exhibit the classic embossed and enamelled decoration characteristic of mid-19th-century English pottery.
