HISTORY - MILLERAND Alexandre (1859 - 1943) - Typed letter signed - Minister of Trade and Industry, he entered into opposition with his supporters due to his participation in the Waldeck-Rousseau cabinet. He later became Minister for Public Works and then Minister for War. In 1920 he became President of the Council, then President of the Republic.
