Five North European Style Tin Glazed Earthenware Covered Apothecary / Drug Jars, 20th Century. Each modeled in the 17th/18th century style. Comprising two large covered jugs, inscribed 'Cinamon: Spir:' and 'Sy. de. Absenz.; and three small covered footed jars, inscribed 'Valeriana.'; Coriandrum.S.'; and 'Sesamum.I.' (5)
Dimensions: Height of large jugs 14 1/2in; diameter 8 1/2in; Height of smaller covered jars 9 1/4in; diameter 5in.
