Le due importanti opere, giunte in patina e con le loro cornici, vanno riferite all'atelier del maestro francese Rigaud, concepite sotto la sua direzione e probabilmente con il suo intervento, visti i particolari di estrema qualità. I riscontri li ritroviamo nel ritratto della duchessa di Mantova, realizzato nel primo decennio del Settecento e conservato nella Marble House di Newport. Per approfondire, si veda:

The two important artworks, which have reached the patina and with their frames, must be referred to the French master Rigaud's atelier, conceived under his direction and probably with his intervention, given the extremely high quality details. The evidence can be found in the portrait of the Duchess of Mantua, made in the first decade of the 18th century and kept in the Marble House in Newport. To learn more, you should see:
