No reserve. An Enamel London Underground Safety Advertising Sign - A rectangular enamel advertising sign featuring a graphic design for the London Transport system. The central motif depicts a modernist, stylised black figure of a knight or guardian. This figure holds a light blue sword and a shield containing a simplified version of the London Underground roundel logo. The figure is positioned above three horizontal bands in coral and blue. At the top of the sign, the word SAFETY is printed in a black sans-serif typeface. The bottom features the word UNDERGROUND set within a black bar logo. The design is based on a 1930s transport advertising poster. The sign is constructed from enamelled metal and has four pre-drilled holes for mounting, one at each corner. No manufacturer marks, artist signatures, or printer attributions are visible on the face of the sign.
