SEVEN CHINESE INK AND COLOUR PAINTINGS ON BOARD AND PAPER, DATED 1931, ZHEJIANG PROVINCE. Six rectangular boards and one paper depicting Daoist figures each with mandorla on a cloud ground. Each with calligraphy to the back dating them to the 20th year of Republic period. Probably from an ancestral hall in Jiashan Xian, north of Zhejiang province. Each loose with later gold painted frames. Artwork sizes approx. 44.5cm x 24.5cm (7)
In worn condition with flaking and pealing to the board. Af condition.
