HENRIQUE POUSÃO (1859-1884) - 'Retrato Masculino'
Oil on canvas, signed and dated 1879. Ex-Eurico Teixeira de Magalhães (19th/20thC), Art
collector from Porto which aquired the work in the early 1900's. There are very few examples
of the artist's work still in private hands. In the Soares dos Reis National Museum collections
there is a male nude painting with the same model and dated the same year. Framed. Dim.:
18x14cm.
