circa 1800, unpunctured, silver tested, pair of hexagonal faceted candlesticks, each standing on three hooves, with stepped stem, this sparsely decorated with palmettes and acanthus foliage, partially ribbed drip bowls with pearl band, removable spouts, on curved ebonised wooden bases, slight signs of age in places, h total 23.7 cm each, g total approx. 710 g.
