Our Lady of the Assumption, Indo-Portuguese sculpture from the 18th century, in polychrome wood, upholstered and gilded, with ivory face and hands. The figure is represented with hands clasped in prayer, standing on the crescent of the moon, the ball of the world and five heads of winged angels. wears long curly hair falling over the shoulders, with long tunic and mantle over the shoulders. With silver crown, over 50 years old, unmarked, under Decree-Law 120/2017, of September 15 - art. 2, paragraph 2, letter c). Missing fingers. wear, failures, faults, restorations and defects. Height approx. sculpture: 42 cm.; Height approx. total: 51 cm.
