Vintage original advertising sign. UNITED CO-OPERATIVE BAKING SOCIETY LTD GLASGOW. Wooden, possibly walnut, framed glass and gold foil lettering. Measures 98cm wide. A super original piece in lovely condition, displays superbly ready to wall mount. This was Glasgow’s largest bakery supplying bread to local co-ops throughout the area, this sign likely from a Co-op bakery display in the area. Known usually as UCBS.
