A Letter from the Holy Rebbi, the 'Imrei Emes' of Gur Zt''l – Motzei Yom Kippur, 1931.

A sacred letter from the esteemed Rebbi Avraham Mordechai Alter, known as the 'Imrei Emes' of Gur Zt''l, written on Motzei Yom Kippur, Tishrei 1931 (the date might be in another handwriting), addressed to Rabbi Avraham Mordechai Kliers (son of the Gaon Rabbi Moshe, Av Beit Din of Tiberias – who was the owner of a bank in the Land of Israel), concerning the sending of funds to the 'Chavurat Achizat Bayit' (a land acquisition organization).

The Rebbe concludes the letter with abundant blessings:
"...Pl ease convey on my behalf to your dear father, the esteemed Rabbi, may he live long, [the Gaon Rabbi Moshe Kliers, Av Beit Din of Tiberias]... a blessing for a *Gmar Chatima Tova*   and a good year, and also to you and your friends. Regards, Avraham Mordechai Alter."

It appears that these funds were sent urgently, as the 'Imrei Emes' visited the Land of Israel during the year 1931 at the end of a long journey through Vienna and Constantinople.
