A new, unpublished haskamah (approbation) for the sefer Chiddushei Shmuel HaRamashi by Rabbi Shmuel Danata, Maggid Meisharim in Pressburg, handwritten and signed by the holy Gaon Rabbi Shaul Brach, zt”l, Av Beis Din of Kashau. Kashau, 5691 (1931). A letter of haskamah in the holy handwriting and signature of the holy Gaon Rabbi Shaul Brach, zt”l, regarding the sefer Chiddushei Shmuel HaRamashi by the Gaon Rabbi Shmuel Danata, Maggid Meisharim in the city of Pressburg. The sefer Chiddushei Shmuel HaRamashi was printed in Ungvar in 5691 (1931), but for some reason, this haskamah was omitted and does not appear there; before us is this important haskamah! He writes piercing words within the haskamah, in the spirit of ”he used to say”: ”Since I knew him to be a yirei cheit (one who fears sin) and that he raised his children for Torah in a wondrous manner, even though I have not seen the manuscripts, it is my intention to agree to their printing, for they certainly teach the path of conduct in the manner that he led the members of his household...” Entirely in the holy handwriting and signature of the holy Gaon Rabbi Shaul Brach, zt”l! The Gaon Rabbi Shaul Brach of Neutra, zt”l, Av Beis Din of Kashau (5625–5700 / 1865–1940), was among the greatest Rabbis and tzaddikim of Hungary in the generation before the Holocaust and a prolific author. He raised many disciples, and his yeshivah was among the most important and well-known in Hungary. He was a zealot who fought the battles of Hashem without any fear or dread. He was a close disciple of the Maharam Schick and the Chasan Sofer, and in Chassidus, he received from the Yitav Lev and the holy Rabbi of Shiniva, and he also traveled to the Belz Chassidic dynasty. Excellent condition. - הסכמה בכתב יד קדשו של הגה”ק רבי שאול בראך זצוק”ל אב”ד קאשוי.   הסכמה על ספר חידושי שמואל הרמש”י להר”ר שמואל דאנאטה מ”מ בפרעשבורג, קאשוי תרצ”א. לא נדפס,   מכתב הסכמה בכתב ידו קדשו וחתימתו של הגאון הקדוש רבי שאול בראך זצוק”ל, על ספר 'חידושי שמואל הרמש”י' של הגאון רבי שמואל דאנאטה, מגיד מישירים בעיר פרעשבורג. ספר חידושי שמואל הרמש”י נדפס באונגוואר תרצ”א, ומאיזה סיבה נשמטה ההסכמה ואינו מופיע שם, לפנינו הסכמה חשובה זו!   דברים נוקבים כותב בתוך ההסכמה, בבחינת הוא היה אומר, 'ומאחר שהכרתיו לירא חטא וגידל בניו לתורה באופן נפלא, הגם שלא ראיתי הכתבים, דעתי להסכים על הדפסתם, כי ודאי מורה דרך להתנהג באופן שהוא הנהיג בני ביתו'. ..'.   כולו בכתי”ק וחתימת יד קדשו של הגה”ק רבי שאול בראך זצוק”ל!   הגאון רבי שאול בראך מנייטרא זצוק”ל אב”ד קאשוי (תרכ”ה-ת”ש) מגדולי רבני וצדיקי הונגריה בדור שלפני החורבן ומחבר פורה, העמיד תלמידים רבים וישיבתו הייתה מהחשובות והידועות בהונגריה, קנאי לוחם מלחמות ה' ללא שום פחד ומורא. תלמיד מובהק של המהר”ם שיק והחתן סופר ובחסידות קיבל מהייטב לב והרה”ק משינאווא ונסע גם אל שושלת אדמור”י בעלזא.
