Certificate Confirming a Part of an Inheritance by the Beit Din signed and stamped by the Mekubal the Baba Sali in Erfoud. [1945].

With the signatures of the dayanim Rabbi Avraham Samhon and Rabbi Shimon Abuhatzeira. And below their words the Baba Sali signed "Baba Sali" in his holy handwriting and added his seal.

The Admor Rabbi Yisrael Abuhatzeira, the Baba Sali (1889-1984): the son of Rabbi Massud, the Rav of Tafilalt (Morocco), the son of the Admor Rabbi Yaakov Abuhatzeira. Was a Gaon in Nigleh and Nistar. Published the writings of his grandfather Rabbi Yaakov. Served as the Chief Rabbi of Erfoud and its vicinity. In 1950, immigrated to Jerusalem and in 1957, returned to Morocco. In 1964, re-immigrated to Israel. In his old age, he settled in Netivot, where thousands flocked to him for advice and blessing. His grandsons are the famed Admorim of the Abuhatzeira family.
Rabbi Shimon Abuhatzeira: son of the Baba Khaki, a Dayan of Erfoud and Rav of a Jerusalem neighborhood. Was a humble Talmid Chacham who studied Chavruta with his relative the Admor Rabbi Meir Abuhatzeira, the Baba Meir.
