Dressing Chair ”Fleurette” (Louis XV Style) - Dressing Chair ”Fleurette” (Louis XV Style), Ateliers Allot Louis XV style dressing chair in solid beechwood with a basket shaped (corbeille) backrest and serpentine top rail, typically centred with a floral carving. The frame has a pronounced apron and double curved cabriole legs with carved rocaille and floral motifs, some models incorporating gilt bronze trim. Upholstered in red and gold floral damask and finished with decorative nailheads. Contemporary production by Ateliers Allot, a French manufacturer established in 1812 and holder of the EPV label, integrating cabinetmaking, upholstery, woodcarving, and associated trades.
