Easy Chair ”Meunier” (Louis XV Style) - Easy Chair ”Meunier” (Louis XV Style), Ateliers Allot Louis XV style easy chair inspired by designs attributed to the 18th century Parisian menuisier Étienne Meunier. Constructed in moulded and carved beechwood, the frame features the flowing Rococo lines characteristic of Meunier's work, expressed in the curved backrest and subtly arched cabriole legs with restrained carved detail. Upholstered using traditional wire sprung methods with a feather filled seat cushion for enhanced comfort. Contemporary production by Ateliers Allot, a French manufacturer established in 1812 and holder of the EPV label, integrating cabinetmaking, upholstery, woodcarving, and associated trades.
