Bergère ”Brifaudon” (Restauration Style) - Bergère ”Brifaudon” (Restauration Style), Ateliers Allot Solid beechwood frame with carved decoration and upholstered seat; France Restauration style bergère known as the ”Brifaudon” model, constructed in solid beechwood with an en gondole backrest that curves forward into carved swan neck arm supports. Upholstered using traditional methods with helical steel springs and stitched horsehair (crin piqué), and finished in Duomo M1 fabric by Lelièvre in teal and copper tones. The frame has a polished patina and stands on short tapered legs. Contemporary production by Ateliers Allot, a French manufacturer established in 1812 and holder of the EPV label, integrating cabinetmaking, upholstery, woodcarving, and associated trades.
