Each lamp is meticulously created using the lost-wax technique, a storied process used for millennia where the design is first modelled in wax, encased in clay, and then replaced by molten bronze. This artisanal heritage ensures that each casting is a unique work of art, featuring a sculptural, biomorphic base with soaring, asymmetrical peaks that cradle a premium tall drum shade. After casting, the bronze undergoes an intensive process of sanding, chasing, and hand-finishing to achieve its sophisticated luster, which will develop a gentle, storied patina over time to mark it as a true heirloom. Representing an exclusive fusion of high-end British design and timeless craftsmanship, the Danby Lamp exudes an unparalleled level of elegance, making it a one-of-a-kind addition to the most discerning of interiors. 23 x 17 x 53cm
